Start calm.Stay compliant.Pass confidently.
Filizhanochka is the calm safety dashboard for motor carriers, brokers and insurers. It turns FMCSA inspections, violations, crashes and SMS measures into one clear risk score per DOT number — and flags ELD tampering before an auditor does. And it puts every inspection on a map.
From scattered tabs to one calm cup.
Safety data is public — but it lives in a dozen places, in codes only specialists read. We do the reading for you.
Compliance today
- ×SAFER lookups, one DOT number at a time
- ×CSV exports pasted into spreadsheets that go stale
- ×Violation codes nobody remembers the meaning of
- ×A roadside surprise you hear about weeks later
With Filizhanochka
- ✓One 0–100 safety score per carrier, built on FMCSA's own measures
- ✓Every inspection with its violations, vehicles and out-of-service flags
- ✓ELD tampering surfaced as cases — not a dump of codes
- ✓A weekly digest, instead of a daily fire drill
Know where every carrier stands before coffee.
A 0–100 score from FMCSA's own SMS BASIC measures — Unsafe Driving, Hours of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Driver Fitness, Drugs & Alcohol. Higher is safer, and an official alert flag is always taken seriously.
- Transparent weights — see exactly what moves the score
- Minimal, Elevated and Critical tiers at a glance
- 12-month trend of inspections and out-of-service rate
Every roadside stop, with the full story.
Twenty-four months of inspections per carrier: where, when, which level, what was cited under which BASIC, which truck and trailer — down to the VIN.
- Filter by state, week or day and drill into the stop
- Out-of-service orders flagged on the inspection and the violation
- Violations grouped by BASIC so patterns jump out
Catch ELD tampering while it's still a conversation.
We separate genuine ELD-tampering citations from other log violations, and count cases per inspection — an officer filing the same code for five log days is still one stop, not five problems.
- Case view by carrier and by state
- Plain-English descriptions next to every code
- Know which drivers' stops to review first
See the road before your driver does.
Every roadside inspection, pinned on a live map. Pick a lane and instantly see how many stops, violations and out-of-service orders sit within 15 miles of the route.
Lane corridors
Draw any route and get a 15-mile corridor report: stops, violations and out-of-service orders — before the truck rolls.
Hot-spot clusters
Dense stops collapse into colour-coded clusters. Red means trouble — tap one to see every inspection inside it.
One tap to the full story
Click a pin for the date, the place, the inspection level and every violation cited — public records, shown without naming anyone.
Numbers are good.
Meaning is better.
Ask a question and get filters, not a spreadsheet. Get the Monday summary, a one-page brief for your insurer, and every violation explained in words a dispatcher can act on.
Type a question. Get the carriers.
What was cited, why it matters, what it risks.
Test it on a real carrier.
Type any USDOT number from the federal registry and watch the score appear — or open the score lab and see how each measure moves it.

Liability and cargo filings with insurer, policy number and coverage.
Crashes in context
Date, road, weather, lighting, injuries, tow-aways — with fatalities called out.
Vehicles & VINs
The truck and trailer behind every stop, with make and plate.
Weekly digest
Monday morning: who moved, who's new in Critical, what to review. Delivered by email or Slack.
API & exports
Pull scores and inspections into your TMS, BI tool or underwriting model. CSV today, REST and webhooks on Enterprise.
Honest by design
Every number links back to the federal record it came from. We never invent a score where FMCSA hasn't published the data.
Less work than a spreadsheet.
More signal than a suite.

Where does the data come from?
From the public FMCSA datasets published by the U.S. Department of Transportation: carrier census, roadside inspections and violations, crashes, SMS measures and insurance filings. We refresh them nightly and keep 24 months of history per carrier.
How is the safety score calculated?
It starts at 100 and subtracts a weighted share for each of the five SMS BASICs — Unsafe Driving, Hours of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Driver Fitness, Drugs & Alcohol. An official FMCSA alert on a BASIC floors its penalty. Try the Score lab above to see it move.
What counts as ELD tampering?
Only citations that explicitly name tampering with an ELD. Other false-record-of-duty-status citations are tracked separately as log falsification, and we count cases per inspection, not per violation row.
Is the demo using real data?
Yes. The demo workspace is a slice of the same federal data the product runs on. The lookup tool queries the full registry live. A few well-known carriers are deliberately excluded from the public demo.
Can I track my own carriers?
That's what the paid plans are for — add DOT numbers and get scores, alerts and digests. Start a free trial, or ask for a guided walkthrough.
Which carriers are covered?
Any U.S. carrier with a USDOT number in the federal registry. Carriers with too little recent inspection activity get a "not enough data" status instead of a made-up score.
Are you affiliated with FMCSA?
No. Filizhanochka is an independent product built on public data. Scores are our analysis and are not an official FMCSA rating.
